March 2007 - Rowan Frost of the University of Arizona College of Public Health offers some hints for getting the most out of journal articles in A Guide to Reading Research Articles (for Non-Researchers).

 

April 2007 - Jennifer Rauhouse of Peer Solutions, Inc., shares some samples of the great outreach materials and activities PSI will be using during Sexual Assault Awareness Month.

 

May 2007 - In Talking with Youth About Sexual Violence, Darlane Santa Cruz of SACASA discusses the importance of incorporating culturally relevant messages in education.

 

June 2007- Dena Hester of ASU's Home Safe program describes the great events they coordinated during April for Sexual Assault Awareness Month.

 

July 2007 - Justin Pilla of Northland Family Help Center reports on the efforts of activists and artists to reclaim Hip-Hop music and culture as a positive, inspiring art form.

 

August 2007 - Our Family's Kathy Wooldridge and Kevin Jackson describe the exciting work being done by youth in the ActOut Teen Theater and Teen Film projects.

 

September 2007 - Heather Hill explains how the Wingspan Anti-Violence Project incorporated the Assets Framework Model into their Sexual Violence Prevention Curriculum for sexual minority youth.

 

October 2007- Kathy Curtis of EMPACT-SPC discusses lessons learned from a recent collaboration with a tribal community to develop culturally appropriate training for sexual violence prevention.
